Overview
Compress Image – MB to KB (the “App”) helps you compress and resize images to a target file size. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Image processing
Images selected in the App are processed locally on your device. The developer does not upload your images to, or process your images on, the developer’s servers. The App does not require you to create an account.
Advertising and consent
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Google and its advertising partners may collect or use information such as device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostics, in accordance with Google’s policies and applicable law. This information may be used to provide, measure, and improve advertising.
Where required, the App may show Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form so you can make choices about relevant advertising and privacy options. You can learn more about Google’s data practices in Google’s policies for partner sites and apps.
Save and Share
The App may provide Save or Share features when you choose to use them. These actions are initiated by you and use the storage or sharing options available on your device. The developer does not receive your image through these features.
Information the developer does not collect
The developer does not collect contacts, SMS messages, microphone recordings, precise location, health information, financial information, or account data through the App.
Children’s privacy
The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require an account and image processing occurs on-device, the developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App or its data practices change. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this page was most recently revised.
